No Two The Same



No two houses are the same. The same builder can build the same floorplan using all the same colors, materials, subcontractors, and more down to the last detail but no two houses are the same.

I have never had a client tell me that they want a cookie-cutter house. Instead, they say they want something unique. I don't blame them. It just makes sense.

The thing that sets identical homes apart is the location. Each building lot or acreage is different so that keeps "identical" houses from being the same. The phrase "location, location, location" has been drilled into our minds for as long as I can remember. But it's true! Location is critical. Location has a huge effect on value. Even if you plan to live in your new home until God calls you home you should always buy like you will have to sell. Even if you never do, your home is typically your biggest asset. Buy it right and you'll be glad you did.

We can help you find the best house in the best location that best fits your budget. As for cookie cutters, they're fun with cookie dough or play-doh, but not so much in real estate...

Move In Ready


Sometimes the words used to describe real estate do not seem to be accurate. Priced to sell - 365 days later... Owner says bring all offers - we are required to bring all offers made by any buyer to our sellers. Move in ready - well, move in and live or move in the bulldozers?

The Hidden Room



Just about every buyer and every seller should always look for the hidden room. There are the obvious rooms, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the laundry room, sometimes even a family room or a bonus room. But the room I'm talking about is one you can't see.

The hidden room is usually not discovered until you enter negotiations. Often that's when the buyer or the seller discover it. It's call the "room to negotiate"!
