One of the latest trends in real estate is going green. I'm not talking about green paint, green siding, or green shingles. I'm talking about earth friendly, energy conscious updates or construction techniques.
On our MLS listing forms we now have boxes to check if a home is "certified green", has high efficiency heating and cooling, energy star appliances, improved indoor air quality, water conservation or purifiers, if anything was re-used or recycled, and more!
