- Randy was born and raised in Springfield and has always been quite industrious. As a teenager he had his own paper-route for the News-Leader, caddied at Hickory Hills Country Club (including for Bill Stewart {Payne Stewart's dad} and yes, Payne played along!), washed dishes and bussed tables at Hamby's (we miss you Carl), assembled treats at Mr. Swiss, made burgers at Mr. Quick, went from cook to Area Training Manager at Pizza Inn, managed a Long John Silver's and went to college full-time, went from entry-level programmer to M.I.S. Manager at Springfield ReManufacturing Heavy Duty Division, free-lanced as a programmer, and finally found his niche with his career as a real estate expert back in 1998.
