Showing Houses

Tomorrow I'll be showing several homes to a Pastor.  Wisely, he consulted a lender to find out what he qualified for.  After the lender told him how much he could afford, he consulted the Lord to determine what would be a wise amount, which turned out to be less than the lender suggested.

We were able to find many homes in the comfort price zone and tomorrow we'll take a look and see how they measure up.  My experience is that one or two will rise head and shoulders above the others.  Then we'll enter into negotiations and that's where my experience really saves my clients money.  This is his first house so it's all new to him.

Make sure you have a good buyer's agent on your side!
